Our Process
After you contact us, we will return with a call or e-mail, whatever your preference, within 48 hours and we will set up a time to meet with you in person. We will come to your home for the consultation. Then, we will discuss your needs, budget, preferences, along with many other aspects of the planning stage and we will discuss the terms of the contract. Depending on the size of the project, we will then spend approximately one week or more preparing a design board. In the event of an interior design project, this board will include samples of furniture, paint, flooring, and other decor. For an event planning project, the board will include possible venues, invitations, musicians, and more. For a vacation planning project, this will include locations if that was undecided, hotels, and transportation. Next, we will meet with you to show you the design board and discuss our ideas for the project. There will be several options, so you will be able to choose which you like the best. This is also when the contract will be signed. The final step before the implementation begins is to present you with a preliminary cost of the project. This is when we will request either partial or full payment depending on the contract we have agreed upon and the type of project. The final cost will be determined only after everything has been purchased. Last is the most important and most fun part- the actual "doing" part- whether it be redecorating, going on vacation, or attending your party, we will make sure it is fun!
